• Stand booking procedure

1.    Complete the form, specifying the number of stands required, the general contact details for the exhibition, and the name of the on-site stand manager 
2.    Return this form to Ria Van den Bogaert at ria.vandenbogaert@fefco.org [3]
3.    Forms will be processed in the order they are received, so stand allocation will operate on a first-come, first-served basis 
4.    Upon receipt of your form, Ria will send you the floor plan with the available stand options.
       You will have half a day to make your selection and secure your preferred location.
       If we do not hear from you within this timeframe, the opportunity to choose a stand will be extended to the next candidate.
       Please note that while you can still select a stand later, it will only be from the options available at that time.
5.    Only FEFCO Sympathiser members with fully paid membership fees are eligible to exhibit.
